Happy New Year!! My new years night was great spent it in Japan and it was awesome experiencing a holiday in another culture. So this is the first update of the new year. Not too much action has happened in the past week. I now have two notes in late status, One note paid up and is not longer in grace period, and another note fully paid off (I assume they found a better interest rate somewhere else and that's good for them!). I hope the two late notes pay up by their next scheduled date but if not then no worries. It would stink but I mentally prepared myself for losing some money....if not all of it. That's what it's all about! it's a risk with some awesome rewards if it works out. Soon I think I will start investing more into less riskier notes. I would like to have a total of 100 high risk notes which equals to $2500 then work from there into other categories. I should probably get more serious and research more into what I am doing before getting even deeper in. Well here are the screenshots.
Here is two screenshots of the three paid off notes which I made a few penny's off of and the two notes in late status which I made lose penny's on. But that's life :-)
So that's it for this week..I didn't comment on one photo cuz this thing is acting up and wouldn't let me and I must run now..so until next week..happy lending!
